These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TME Sports Photography website at tmesportsphotography.com ("the Site") and the photography services we provide. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

All photographs, images, text, and other content on this Site are the intellectual property of TME Sports Photography unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.

Photographs delivered as part of a commissioned service are licensed to the commissioning club or organisation for the purposes agreed at the time of booking. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, this licence is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

A social media licence is included with all commissioned packages, permitting use of delivered photographs on the club's or organisation's social media channels with appropriate credit to TME Sports Photography.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from TME Sports Photography. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Delivered photographs are provided via a private download link. It is your responsibility to download and save your photographs within the period specified in your delivery notification. TME Sports Photography is not liable for photographs that are lost after the download period expires.

Photographs are delivered in full resolution within 48 hours of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TME Sports Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram or X). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
